Ingredients

  • 4 cups Maida (All purpose flour)
  • 1 and a half teaspoons of Salt
  • 1 cup Oil
  • Luke Warm water to Gunn the flour



Method

Mix Maida and Salt, add Oil and mix well. Then add in the luke warm water to gunn the flour until it is all mixed and one big block. Then make small balls out of the flour. After this flatten the balls with your palm. Use a fork and poke some holes in the Matti. Then fry it in Oil until they are golden brown.
