Tom's of Maine

Tom's of Maine toothpastes are suitable for vegetarians

Since their founding in 1970, they've believed very strongly that effective products can be made without animal ingredients and that animal testing is not necessary to gauge the safety of those products. Their Stewardship Model, which guides all of their decision-making, states that their products must be free of animal ingredients and that they must ']'establish safety and efficacy in their products and ingredients without testing on animals.

Colgate Toothpastes

All Colgate Toothpastes and Toothbrushes that are marketed in the U.S., with the exception of COLGATE WISP and COLGATE MAX FRESH WITH MOUTHWASH BEADS, are free of any animal-derived ingredients. All glycerin used in our Toothpastes comes from only synthetic or vegetable sources.
