Vegan Ricotta/Cottage Cheese

  • 1 Block of Silken Tofu
  • 1 dash of salt
  • 1 dash of adobo seasoning
  • 1/2 -1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • about 1/8th cup nutritional yeast


  • With a whisk/karchee mash 1 block of silken tofu together with:
1 dash of salt, 1 dash of adobo seasoning, 1/2-1tsp of lemon juice ,less than a handful (1/8ish cup) of nutritional yeast

This is about half a tub of Ricotta Cheese
