[[Image:MangoLassi.jpg|thumb|300px|right]] Mango Lassi is basically an Indian style smoothie of mangoes and yogurt.
It requires only about 5 minutes to make. It's quick, easy, and yummy!
Makes about 2 cups

===Ingredients===
* 1 cup plain yogurt
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1 cup chopped mango (peel and remove seed)
* 4 teaspoons sugar or to taste
* A dash of ground cardamom (optional for flavor) 

===Method===
* Put all the ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes.
* Pour in glasses and enjoy, or refrigerate for up to appx. 24 hours.
