Mango Lassi

Mango Lassi is basically an Indian style smoothie of mangoes and yogurt.

It requires only about 5 minutes to make. It's quick, easy, and yummy! Makes about 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped mango (peel and remove seed)
  • 4 teaspoons sugar or to taste
  • A dash of ground cardamom (optional for flavor)

Method

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes.
  • Pour in glasses and enjoy, or refrigerate for up to appx. 24 hours.
