It requires only about 5 minutes to make. It's quick, easy, and yummy! Makes about 2 cups
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup chopped mango (peel and remove seed)
- 4 teaspoons sugar or to taste
- A dash of ground cardamom (optional for flavor)
- Put all the ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes.
- Pour in glasses and enjoy, or refrigerate for up to appx. 24 hours.
